Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that when your product leaves Delaney and Blu's possession the shipping times may very due to high demand. This processing time will depend on USPS services and shipping time. These times may vary due to recent demands.

Delaney and Blu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we will gladly assist by contacting the carrier to initiate an investigation. Final resolution is subject to the carrier’s findings.
