Returns, exchanges and cancellation policy.
Unfortunately returns & exchanges are not accepted. However, if you ever have an issue with your earrings please reach out to me via email at
Keep in  mind  all items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include very small bubbles, slight variances in color to what appears on your screen, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item.
I cannot replace items if they break or are otherwise damaged while in your possession, or with regular use. I am not liable or responsible for replacing lost earrings. If you lose an earring, please contact me for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one but please keep in mind this is subject to availability.
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, we will accept cancellations within a 24 hour window. If you do not cancel within the 24 hour window we will not be able to cancel for any reason. 
If you are unhappy with your item once you have received it, please let me know immediately so I can do my best to help.
